The staff members were polite. The hotel is near Roma Termini. I found good communication with the hotel before travel. Breakfast was brought to our room.

The air conditioning did not work well. The view was terrible. The locks to the room felt sketchy to me. I did not feel fully secure.

charming find near termini

kind host excellent location

Elena was very attentive and kind.. i even received some unexpected gifts upon arrival. the location is excellent. I could easily walk to the colosseum and other roman sites.

The sensory shower equipment had a malfunctioning button. This. also, the bed was two beds pushed together, which wasn't the most comfortable arrangement.

the double room spa bath included air conditioning and a smart tv. the jacuzzi was a nice amenity. there was a large bathroom with a shower in the room.

many cafes and restaurants surround the building providing many options. a restaurant is located directly across the road, offering added convenience. i could have breakfast in my room.

the staff allowed me to drop off my bags early before check-in. they also held them after check-out. the room received daily cleaning and care service with a nice treat each day.

this place is close to termini station. it provides easy access to buses for transportation everywhere. the hotel is in a fantastic building.

great location friendly staff arrival gift mould spots older room thin towels

The location was GREAT. I easily walked to the train station. The staff were friendly. There were gifts upon arrival and departure.

The photos made the rooms look newer THAN they are. Our room was older. There were mould spots on the roof. The towels were really thin , SO i did not use the spa.
